Ten years ago, my life changed forever.

When I began my own weight loss surgery journey, I quickly realised that while the surgery was a success, the "aftercare" felt like a puzzle I couldn't solve. I found myself searching for products that didn't just meet my nutritional requirements, but actually made me feel human again. I remember the struggle of staring down a thick, milky protein shake after weeks of liquid dieting—it was the last thing my body wanted, yet the one thing it needed.

I created BariBlends because I believe this journey shouldn't be lonely, and it definitely shouldn't be tasteless.

Everything you see here is a collection of the things I wish I’d had a decade ago. From protein options that don't feel like a chore to tools that make hitting your daily goals feel effortless, I’ve sourced and created products that simplify your life before, during, and after surgery.

But BariBlends is more than just a shop. My dream is to build the community I never had—a space where we share our wins, support each other through the stalls, and celebrate the life-changing impact of WLS.
